Techniques to Heal Subconscious Memories

All data is stored as pictures in our subconscious mind. Unresolved stressful or traumatic memories in the subconscious mind cause our bodies to be in a constant state of stress. This stress influences our behavior and can cause us to experience dis-ease. In this class we explore different methods like Violet Flame, memory re-framing, The Healing Code and Ho’oponopono to heal these memory/pictures.

The purpose of The Healing Codes is:
• to remove negative energy from unhealed pictures,
• to reduce or completely eliminate stress in the body.

Karl Dawson’s Matrix Reimprinting: The purpose of this technique is to resolve the emotional intensity around an issue. This method often results in a new picture being created in memory. Karl Dawson says that “these pictures affect your physiology and psychology on every level. By changing the memory in this way you are interacting with what you hold in your field, which in turn affects your health and well-being in your current reality.”

Combining the Techniques:

While doing Violet Flame (long and smooth)  take an old memory that still has some negative emotional charge for you and you would run it in your mind as though it was a movie, stopping at any point that you feel any change in the body or in your emotions.

  1. Apply Karl Dawson’s Matrix Reimprinting technique: stopping the movie at any point, and interact with the ECHO of your younger self in that memory. You can imagine stepping into the picture and using EFT or the Universal Healing Code on your ECHO (while using EFT and the UHC on yourself in the present) You can speak with your ECHO and see if they have any information to convey to you about the incident. The ECHO you are interacting with has been holding onto the trauma for you, to keep you protected, so you can thank them for doing so. (Ho’oponopono)
  2. Make sure to saturate the entire memory with violet flame. Imagine a Violet Flame rain shower. Or everyone jumping in a violet flame swimming pool or lake.
  3. You can imagine angels or Ascended Masters stepping into the movie and intervening. They may give your ECHO new tools or resources that allows them to express themselves differently in the situation.

22 Ways to Become Financially Free!

Become conscious of your debt. Face it bravely. In order to become financially free you will first have to make sure that you realize how much debt you have. Download the Debt Reduction Calculator and list all of your debt. Before I did this I thought I was absolutely buried under a mountain of debt and thought my families only alternative was to file bankruptcy. After listing all of my debt (except my mortgage) in the debt reduction calculator I realized I could be debt free in three years if we tightened our belts just a little.

Learn to live within your means. Otherwise known as spend less than your earn. Your less than ideal financial position and your debt could have the roots in your practice of unconscious spending and you must urgently correct your spending behavior. Create a budget. I prefer YNAB You Need A Budget (you can try YNAB free for 7 days). It is modeled after the old fashioned envelope method. You create a new budget every single month. Plan the spending (investment) of your monthly income on paper BEFORE you actually get it. This type of budget is what is called a ZERO based budget, which means at the top of the budget form you put your income and then you start allocating money to your categories until you have allocated every dollar, and are left with ZERO at the bottom of the form. You might want to try a free version of a zero based budget. You can find other free versions if you search on line.

Determine your Accelerator Margin: Use your zero based budget to determine how much more than the monthly minimum you can put toward you credit card bills. This is known as an accelerator margin. The accelerator margin is the portion of your current income that you set aside for debt reduction. You can use the Debt Reduction Calculator to see how much of difference your chosen accelerator margin will make in interest paid and payoff time. The most powerful strategy is to pay the debt that has the highest interest rate. This is known as the avalanche method and will save you the most in interest payments.

Alternative payoff method: Set the accelerator margin aside in a separate savings account. Once you have enough saved to pay off your first debt do so. Then start saving for the next debt. This allows you to build up liquid savings you could use in case of an emergency or the loss of a job. The draw back to this method is that is takes longer to pay your debt, you will pay more in interest and you may be tempted to use the money for something else besides debt reduction.

Stop using credit: Cut up your credit cards and use cash/checks/debit card to pay for everything you buy instead of using a credit card. Now that you have a budget you should be able to pay cash for everything. Consider not canceling the credit cards you have cut up; this will lower your credit score and cause the interest rate you pay on variable rate and new debt to increase. Do not charge to them again. If you don’t have the discipline not to use your credit cards again then and only then should you cancel them.

Stop recurring credit card payments: After you destroy your cards, stop any recurring payments that are charged to your credit card. If you have a gym membership, cancel it. If you automatically renew your magazine subscriptions or your McAffee virus protection for instance cancel them.

Create a credit card prevention fund. Create a liquid savings of$500 -$1500 for emergencies that you would normally use a credit card for.

Pay credit card bills on time. Every time you miss a payment you will also have to pay late fees and you risk having your interest rate raised to that cards maximum. That can be 29.99% or more.

Use some savings to pay down debt. If you have credit cards with interest rates of 20% or more, you might consider using some but not all of your rainy day savings to pay high interest rate cards down. Keep your Emergency Fund in tact. It is highly unlikely that you are receiving a 22% return on those savings or any safe investment. Even though it might be hard using savings to pay down the debt, it is the same as getting a 22% return without any risk on your part. The higher the interest rate on your debt, the more logical/attractive repayment versus investment becomes.

If you are making regular contributions to a mutual fund or investment account outside of your 401k match, temporarily stop and add that money to your accelerator margin. Why invest some money and get a return of 5%, when you have an outstanding debt with a really high interest rate of 22%.

Consider transferring a higher-interest balance to a card that has a lower balance. For instance you could trade an 20% debt for one at 13%. Many credit cards permit this. However, ask questions and make sure there won’t be any negative consequences. According to MotleyFool.com “banks have caught onto the charge card hoppers who switch from card to card to take advantage of the low introductory rates. Many of these offers now stipulate that if you transfer balances from the new card within a 12-month period, the normal interest rate will be applied to all outstanding balances retroactively. That proviso could be a bitter pill to swallow for someone short on cash, and it certainly doesn’t help the debt repayment schedule.”

Maintain Your current Vehicle(s): Next to your home, your vehicle is likely to be your most expensive purchase. If properly maintained, almost any car can make it to 200,000 miles or more. Follow the manufacturer schedule for maintenance, this means making regular oil changes, tire rotations and transmission tune-ups, even if the car is running fine. Major repairs are usually less expensive than most used cars, even if you must replace something like the engine. If you can’t afford repairs twice a year, it’s unlikely you can afford a new car payment every month. If you own a car that is older than three years begin setting aside at least $50 a month for repairs and maintenance. You can add a category to your YNAB budget and it will keep track of it for you. If your considering buying a new vehicle while you still have other debt read this first.

Implement an austerity budget: Pretend you just lost your job. Whatever expenses you would cut in that situation, cut them now and use the savings to pay off your debt, such as credit cards, car loans and mortgages. You can also use it build up your savings. You might consider putting a time limit on your austerity budget so that you don’t feel to deprived.

Save a tremendous amount of money by eating out less. This means lunch and those morning stops for coffee. If a lunch at a fast food restaurant costs about $5.65 and you eat out every work day that’s $113 a month and $1,356 a year. A short latte at Starbucks costs $2.52. For the week that’s $12.60, for the month it’s $50.40 and for the year $604.80. I invite you to plug those numbers into your debt reduction calculator and see how much of a difference it makes in interest paid. It’s time to start eating at home and cooking. Who knew that becoming financially free could be nutritious too.

Challenge yourself to a Buy Nothing Month: Similar to an austerity budget is a “buy nothing” month. Pick a month and buy only necessities. You get to define what a necessity is. The point isn’t just to save money. It is also an exercise in becoming more conscious of your relationship to money and spending/investing. Thinking about what is really a need and what is simply a want is an important part of the exercise. The point of the challenge is to identify your problem areas. A month without unnecessary shopping can be a great way to jump-start your savings, free up money to pay off debt or get a budget under control. Problem areas might be – eating out, buying clothes, spending money out of boredom, to fix a bad mood or to socialize with friends.

Create Barriers to Impulse Spending:

  • Don’t carry extra cash with you. It is very easy to spend and unless you are very careful to save receipts it is hard to track where it went. An exception is if you are using a cash envelope budgeting system or the cash you are carrying is specifically budgeted for impulse spending.
  • Don’t carry credit cards with you if you are moving to a cash only basis. They are simply too tempting to use. “I’ll figure it out later”.
  • Implement a mandatory 3 day waiting period for any spending outside of your budget. Spend time researching, doing due diligence and looking for more affordable alternatives, and deciding if you really want the item.

Separate Fixed and Variable Expenses:Create a checking account to handle fixed expenses and one for variable expenses. From your zero based budget figure out how much should be in the fixed account. This is the account you will deposit your paycheck in. Fixed expenses might be things like Mortage/rent, utility bills, debt payments, debt accelerator margin, regularly scheduled bills, quarterly and annual fixed expenses; those budget-busting surprises that are actually regularly scheduled expenses like car insurance, and registration. Savings for Christmas, vacations – these types of expenses bust the budget and are often done on credit thinking you will figure them out later. Remember to include the whole year’s expenses in your budget not just the monthly recurring bills. Savings might include things like medical/dental expenses, car maintenance or replacement – don’t let these expenses sneak up on you. Maintain your vehicle!

You can set up many of these fixed payments to come out of “fixed” account automatically, like utilities and mortgages. You don’t have to worry about paying them on time. It’s like having your own personal assistant.
What remains, is your variable expense budget: transfer that amount to the second account. The variable account will include money for entertainment, groceries, haircuts, clothing, transportation. Besides the groceries and gas to get to work these are wants not needs. No more worrying about being able to pay the mortgage if you get your hair cut. If there is money left over in this account at the end of the month you can use it for debt reduction or savings.

If you are married you can have three accounts. One for fixed expenses and one for each spouse. Sit down with your spouse and decide how much should go into each account. If the wife buys a majority of the groceries then a majority of the monthly grocery budget should go to her account.

Develop other streams of income. You could take another job. Create a home based business.

Sell things you no longer need: This could include things like vehicles, boats, campers, books and electronics.

Ask for a raise. If a raise isn’t possible ask if you could take some extra work for some extra money.

Entertain yourself inexpensively. Get a library card and check out books and DVDs. Cancel cable and get Netflix. For under $10 a month Netflix allows you to rent one movie at a time and you have access to hundreds (maybe thousands) of instant play movies and television shows. Scout out dollar movie theaters and nights in your area. Invite friends over for dinner instead of eating out. You get the idea.

Look for discounts, coupons and sales. This way you can drastically lower you current expenses and get some great products.

Negotiate everything you buy. It never hurts to ask.

Ideally you should have started started preparing years ago, but it is never to late.

Debt elimination equals financial security.


Pay off Credit card debt:
It is expensive and leaves you vulnerable to the ever-changing whims of credit card companies (I had one card at 27.99%). This is the time to be serious about it.

Pay off any other loans that you have: If you wish to keep your house for the long term, pay off the mortgage. (The mortgage interest tax credit does not compensate for the interest you pay every year.)How to pay off your mortgage .

Operate on a Cash basis.

Protect your income: Do your best to be a valuable employee. No matter how safe you think your job is keep your resume up to date. Be on the look out for strong companies in your area of expertise. Find work in a recession-proof sector.

Save for at least a years worth of income. If your mortgage is paid of this really isn’t a whole lot of money. Make sure your savings are in an FDIC insured bank.

Learn about the safest places for your money if you are concerned that FDIC insurance will not hold up to multiple bank failures.

Keep some cash on hand. Cash as well as silver coins is key to making it through bank runs, prolonged banking holidays or cash shortages. Cash and coins are “real money”. There may be times that merchants will not accept a check or credit card. Real money on hand will enable you to survive a depression more easily.

Re-evaluate your stocks and mutual funds. In order to financially survive a recession or depression, your investments must be secure.

Check with your bank and your securities broker/manager and find out for sure whether your Money Market accounts are, in fact, insured by the FDIC. If you were invested in the stock/bond market and have moved your money into a money market at your brokerage firm, that money market is NOT usually insured by the FDIC unless it is in a money market fund invested in U.S. Government Treasury Bills. Otherwise it is usually only insured against fraud.

Learn the difference between an economic downturn and bubble popping. The economy is transforming into something else. [Aftershock]

How to Thrive in a depression or recession:
The Great Depression of the 1930s caused widespread hunger and financial loss. However there were also great fortunes were made during that financial crisis! Many prominent families who’s names might be familiar to you – the Kennedy, Rothschild and Rockefeller families and Howard Hughes all made huge fortunes during the Great Depression. There were also many regular people also were able to increase their financial assets in the midst of the Great Depression. The key to surviving and thriving in a depression or recession is liquidity.

Creating Affirmations That Work

Make your affirmations present tense (now).

The future tense is the tense that says, “I will…” or “I’m going to…” someday

The manifestation of your desire is always in the future because the future never arrives. We only live in the present moment.

“I’m going to be rich” or “I will be rich” vs “I am rich.” or “I have abundance.”

Make your affirmations personal, showing your ownership.
the money or money flows to me. vs My money flows to me.

Make your affirmations in the positive.
Your subconscious mind can’t process “not”, “un”, and “stop” because it operates in images. For example stop imagining unpink purple polka dotted elephants. What image is now in your mind? This is also like telling a waiter at a restaurant that you don’t want steak. They still don’t know what to bring you for dinner. Focus on what you do desire.
I choose not to be poor. vs I am rich.
I am debt-free. vs I operate on a cash basis. or My credit card balances are always zero.
I choose to stop struggling with money vs My money flows to me easily and frequently.

Make your affirmations specific.
When you look at your check book or your bank balance online you see a definite number. Imagine what would happen if you looked at your bank statement and it just said “abundant”. You would have no idea how much money you had. You might be wondering… can I pay the mortgage and take the cat to the vet this week? Replace some instances of rich, money, abundant and prosperous with a specific amount. Take the time to figure out how much money you actually require each month. Be careful to consider the expenses you have for the entire year. Be sure to include things like vacations, spiritual retreats, quarterly payments, holidays, car repairs or replacement, debt/mortgage elimination, and retirement savings. You might want to include your ideal budget on your Treasure Map.
I am rich. vs I easily earn $5,000 or more dollars every month.
My money flows to me easily and frequently. vs My $10,000 dollars or more flows to me easily every month.
My bank account always has more than $25,000 dollars in it.
I have saved $1.2 million dollars for my retirement.

Make your affirmations definite firm statements.
Avoid conditional, wishy-washy, language. For example if you Would like to have something it may or may not happen.
Should - plan to, intend to, or expect to; used to indicate duty, propriety, or expediency
Can - have the ability, power, or skill to; does not presuppose obligation or firm commitment to the action.
May – used to express possibility; implies conditionality.
Must
– expresses the highest degree of obligation and commitment (“I must go”) and is temporally nearest to present time in its relation to the future. (“I must go now.”)
Hope – the feeling that what is wanted can be had or that events will turn out for the best. Far from definite. “Will you go to the store with me?” “I hope”
Wish - to want; desire; long for. Implies something may or may not happen. Similar to hope.
Try – to attempt to do or accomplish. For example Try to drop a pencil, either you do or you don’t.
Intend – to have in mind as something to be done or brought about; plan; similar to try
Attempt – to make an effort at; similar to try
The best affirmations include phrases like I am, I have, I earn, and I receive

Repeat your affirmations often over time.
Your brain is wired to create the life you have now. If you want to significantly change your circumstances you need to rewire or reprogram your brain. It took time and repetition to become the way it is today and it will take time and repetition to rewire it.
The thalmus makes no distinction between inner and outer realities and thus any idea if contemplated long enough will take on asemblance of reality. Your belief become neurollogically real and your brain will respond accordingly.
Many studies have shown that happy, successful people think highly of themselves and believe success to be possible even in the face of failure. That belief enables them to keep trying and thinking creatively until they find an approach that works.

Actively search out your habitual negative thoughts.
Even if you are repeating your affirmations frequently, you can still have the habitual thought “I don’t have enough money to pay my bills”.
In addition, recent research has found that positive affirmations can often backfire. The study suggests that, like overly positive praise, unreasonably positive self-statements, such as “I accept myself completely,” can provoke contradictory thoughts in individuals with low self-esteem. This is known as resistance. Such resistance can overwhelm the positive thoughts. And, if people are instructed to focus exclusively on positive thoughts, they may find negative thoughts to be especially discouraging. The researchers concluded that, “Repeating positive self-statements may benefit certain people [such as individuals with high self-esteem] but backfire for the very people who need them the most.” (Journal Reference: Wood et al. Positive Self-Statements: Power for Some, Peril for Others. Psychological Science, 2009)
Search for any images/memories that are associated with resistance or habitual negative thoughts and use Violet Flame, EFT and/or the Universal Healing Code to erase the source of this thought/image from your subconscious mind.
Submit your affirmations to Split Page Work also know as Affirmation and Response to uncover any resistance your subconscious might have to your affirmation. Validating these negative thoughts then clearing their energy often leads to positive shifts away from any attachment to the negative belief and more acceptance of the positive alternative.

Take actions that are congruent with your affirmations.
Seems simple enough, but you would be surprised how often people act contrary to their affirmations. You must also prepare for your affirmations to manifest.
For example, if one of your affirmations is to operate on a cash basis and your are still using a credit card you are not congruent with your affirmation. Or if your affirmation is “I easily earn $5,000 or more dollars every month.” you would have a definite plan that you are actively working on to get you to that $5,000 mark. There is a popular quote that says “A goal without a deadline is simply a dream” I believe that affirmations without actions are wishful thinking. You may affirm “water” but if you don’t dig ditches to catch it it will flow right past you. 2 Kings chapter 3.

Below are some examples of what I consider to be foundational financial affirmations. I believe more money isn’t the answer. There are many stories of people winning the lottery and then losing it all. If you don’t know how to manage your money now or you can’t seem to live within your means, imagine compounding the problem with three or four zeros on the end. I believe that financial wisdom is the key to prosperity.
I am responsible for my financial circumstances and I now choose to create a life of abundance.
My ‘zero based’ budget allows me to live easily and happily within my means.
I am an excellent money manager.
I understand how money works.
I enjoy operating on a cash basis.
More than enough money for my every dream and desire is in my bank account ahead of time.
I am fully supplied in everything I do.
I use the best ever comprehensive at a glance financial monitoring system, so that I am conscious of where I invest (spend) my money.
My easily balance my checkbook(s).
I have found the best ever ways to pay back all monies owed on my credit cards such that all my credit card balances are zero by ______________.
Yipee! I paid off my mortgage!
My monthly income of $___,____.00 is always more than my expenses and now that all of my credit cards have zero balances, I save 10% or more of my income.
I am organized and always pay my bills early.
I am relaxed about my money and my financial situation.

PRACTICAL ALCHEMY JOY AND LOVE – RESOURCES

It is not your mental focus that causes your desires to manifest rather it is your connection to your Source, how well you maintain harmony with the Quantum Field or the Divine Matrix.

We are not the ones doing the manifesting it is God in action within us. When we are in alignment or in the Alchemical State we allow all God-Good to flow to us. We hold an image of what we desire/ choose/prefer  in our mind without wanting it and allow the Universe to bring it to us.

Excessive anger or fear can permanently disrupt many structures and functions in both your body and your brain.

We can be so addicted to the chemicals of stress that our judgment becomes so clouded that we cant’ leave a job, relationship or other situation that no longer serves us because we are addicted to the emotions that come with those situations.

Intense, long-term contemplation of God and other spiritual values appears to permanently change the structure of those parts of the brain that control our moods, give rise to our conscious notions of self, and shape our sensory perceptions of the world.

THE “GOD” CIRCUITS IN YOUR BRAIN:

From early childhood on, God exists in every person’s brain as a combination of ideas, images, feelings, sensations, and self/other relationships. Here is a thumbnail sketch of key neural structures and circuits that shape our perception of God:

OCCIPITAL- PARIETAL CIRCUIT  Identifies God as an object that exists in the world. Young children see God as a face because their brains cannot process abstract spiritual concepts.

PARIETAL- FRONTAL CIRCUIT Establishes a relationship between the two objects known as “you” and “God.” It places God in space and allows you to experience God’s presence. If you decrease activity in your parietal lobe through meditation or intense prayer, the boundaries between you and God dissolve. You feel a sense of unity with the object of contemplation and your spiritual beliefs.

FRONTAL LOBE Creates and integrates all of your ideas about God— positive or negative—including the logic you use to evaluate your religious and spiritual beliefs. It predicts your future in relationship to God and attempts to intellectually answer all the “why, what, and where” questions raised by spiritual issues.

THALAMUS  Gives emotional meaning to your concepts of God. The thalamus gives you a holistic sense of the world and appears to be the key organ that makes God feel objectively real.

AMYGDALA When overly stimulated, the amygdala creates the emotional impression of a frightening, authoritative, and punitive God, and it suppresses the frontal lobe’s ability to logically think about God.

STRIATUM Inhibits activity in the amygdala, allowing you to feel safe in the presence of God, or of whatever object or concept you are contemplating.

ANTERIOR CINGULATE  Allows you to experience God as loving and compassionate. It decreases religious anxiety, guilt, fear, and anger by suppressing activity in the amygdala. The anterior cingulate appears to be crucial for empathy and compassion, and many brain- scan studies of meditation show that this part of the brain is stimulated by such practices. The neural circuits spanning the anterior cingulate and the prefrontal cortex integrate attention, working memory, motivation, and many other executive functions.

I’LL BE HAPPY WHEN

How can I be happy when –  “I’m still deeply in debt”.  I don’t make enough money yet.” “My kids make a mess of the house.”

Start with the assumption that what you have been “asking for” is coming to you.

Be grateful your manifestation is on its way. When the doubts come in you can say “I  thank you God that the manifestation of ________________ or its best ever equivalent is now made manifest. Hear O Universe, I AM grateful.”

Do what is required to prepare for its arrival

Focus on what brings you joy in your life today, not what you would think would make you happy in the future.

Create a joy list. List as many things as you can think of that bring you joy.

Be willing to shake up your old energy patterns, delete the old habit of focusing on what’s not working well, and stop “waiting to be happy until…”

I’M NOT VERY SUCCESSFUL AT BEING HAPPY!

Practice, practice, practice – it takes practice and some discipline, especially if you have momentum on other things besides happiness.

Discipline yourself to notice the positive about your work place and the people around you. Talk about what you admire and respect about them. Eph. 4:29 says  “Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen.”

IT’S YOUR BRAINS JOB TO BE NEGATIVE

Negative thinking  – noticing what was wrong and  constantly being on the lookout for possible danger  was absolutely essential for survival a hundred thousand years ago when there were saber tooth tigers around every corner. Our primitive brain is doing it’s job of keeping us alive.

One way of dealing with this is to simply thank our primitive brain for doing its job. “Got it Thank you for sharing”

MEANING, BELIEF AND IRRATIONAL ASSUMPTIONS

Positive thinking — the kind of pollyanna, manufactured happiness when you’re not genuinely happy ignores and does nothing about the distorted thinking behind the anger. And that’s why it doesn’t work very well.

Pay attention to your thoughts and then challenge those thoughts on the basis of evidence and reason.

Can you know if it is absolutely true?

Byron Katie says Mind’s job is to be right, and it can justify itself faster than the speed of light. Once the mind is stopped on paper, it’s much easier to investigate.

If you try stop worrying and you’ll worry even more. Instead put your mind to work in another direction.

Take action on the subject of your worry. One action you can take is to make a call to the Masters or Angels.  If there is no action to be taken, take control of your mind.

The subconscious which is our bodies, cells, DNA and more is the accumulation of our experiences and beliefs.

If we want to heal our finances and other aspects of our life, we must discover what beliefs we hold in our subconscious and change them.

Our subconscious is like a tape recorder and is automatically programmed by the experiences in our past lives, as well as the experiences, actions and the words we repeat in this life. This includes the beliefs, whether false or true, that we repeatedly heard as a child.

Just like a tape cassette subconscious programming can be rewritten.

Clearing Techniques


Past Life Vows Past life priest vows can affect present prosperity, self worth, and relationships.  And, they can continuously block you. Vows can be carried from life time to life time.

If you’ve sworn a vow or oath to any person or to any institution in any past life or especially any series of past lives, and if that vow contained the word “forever,” or even “always”, you’re stuck with it until you consciously release yourself from it.

Lease: An agreement in which one party gains a long-term rental agreement, and the other party receives a form of secured long-term debt.

The subconscious mind is programmed by repetition and it is 100% literal. The subconscious mind has no sense of humor and doesn’t know when you’re joking. It also can’t tell the difference between when you’re talking about someone else and when you are talking about yourself. So be very careful what you say about other people because your subconscious mind will believe it carry that out for yourself.
